Angelo Gitti

Angelo is one of the founding partners of the Firm.

He graduated in law summa cum laude at the University of Pavia in 1996 and in 1999 obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law at the University of Cambridge (UK).

In 2003 he became a PhD in "Human Rights" at the University of Palermo and since 2006 is a researcher in international law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavia, where he teaches International Law and European Information Law.

Admitted to the Italian Bar as avvocato since 2000, he provides assistance in relation to corporate transactions of an extraordinary nature, also in the ambit of bankruptcy (and similar) procedures and special administration, and in relation to banking and finance and debt restructuring.

Angelo also deals with international and EU law, devoting himself to the preparation of opinions and contracts.

He is author of scientific publications on international law, international protection of human rights and European Community law and is a member of the editorial staff of Human Rights and International Law and Italian Society of International Law reviews.
