Angelina Seelbach

Angelina Seelbach works as a senior associate at POELLATH's Munich office.

She provides legal advice on M&A/private equity and venture capital, as well as corporate and capital markets law. She advises investors, entrepreneurs, founders and management teams on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. She is also an expert in the field of venture capital transactions, where she focuses on advising corporates and start-ups.

She studied law at Westphalian Wilhelms-University Muenster (2007-2013), at Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (France; 2009-2010) and at Columbia University, New York (USA; LL.M. 2017-2018), completed her traineeship in Duesseldorf and New York City (USA; 2013-2015) and has gained significant experience as an associate at major international law firms in Munich, Duesseldorf and New York City (USA; 2016-2021).

She was admitted to the bar in 2016 and joined POELLATH in 2021.
