Angela D. Kirk

Angela Kirk joined Kaman & Cusimano LLC in 2025 as Director of Assessment Recovery. She brings substantial experience in foreclosure litigation, having represented financial institutions in Columbus, Ohio and throughout the state in both litigated and non-litigated foreclosure matters. Her work has involved all stages of the foreclosure process, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and efficient resolution of mortgage-related disputes.

Angela’s recognized practice areas include Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law. She regularly works with lenders, servicers, and related entities on issues involving assessment recovery, foreclosure proceedings, and creditor rights under Ohio law.

Angela is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and the American Legal & Financial Network. Her professional involvement includes serving as a moderator and speaker at the American Legal and Financial Network’s TEACH event, as well as presenting continuing legal education programs for state and local bar associations.

Angela has been named to Best Lawyers–U.S. News in Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law since 2021 and was recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars award recipient in 2014.
