Angie Brick is a shareholder in the firm's Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department and practices primarily in employee benefits and ERISA. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of retirement plans, both qualified plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements and health and welfare benefit plans. Her practice experience in these areas extends to consulting, plan design, plan drafting, implementation, qualification, and administration compliance, and includes experience in ESOP transactions, analysis of employee benefit plans in mergers and acquisitions, and Internal Revenue Code and ERISA compliance matters for employee benefit plans. Angie has experience representing employers in DOL investigations, controversies, and DOL Voluntary Correction Program matters, as well as IRS audits and IRS Voluntary Correction Program matters.
Angie received her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and her J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School.
