Angel Acebes Pérez

In January 2017, he joined MA Abogados, in the Corporate Law department.

Specialized in mergers and acquisitions and structural modification operations, with extensive experience in advising companies on corporate law, company formation, creation of corporate structures, dissolution and liquidation of companies, as well as due diligence processes. He has advised both national and international companies in this regard, including banks and publicly traded companies.

From 2014 until December 2016, he was part of the Corporate Law team at CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo.
