Andy Ayotte

Andy is a senior member of the firm’s finance practice. His practice is focused on asset-based financing transactions. He has extensive experience acting for funders and sellers in connection with private securitization transactions. He is also actively involved in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of financing transactions for lessors and lenders in the field of asset/equipment finance and leasing. He began his career in this industry by working with a major Canadian chartered bank as a relationship manager for several years. He is an avid runner who participates in half-marathons each year to raise money for one of his favourite charities.
