Andrey Slepov is Partner in the Labour Law Practice Group at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Moscow office. Andrey‘s core activities include consulting on labor and migration law, and also different aspects of data security (including the protection of personal data, trade secrets, inside information, bank secrets). Andrey‘s work experience includes the representation in employment disputes and pre-court settlements, due diligence of HR documentation, the drafting of employment agreements and service contracts, the drafting of HR documentation and internal regulations and policies, consulting on issues relating to employment and dismissal, staff redundancies and the application of other staff restructuring measures, consulting on mutual relations with trade unions, the drafting of incentive programs for management and employees (including share option plans), the imposition of disciplinary sanctions and other forms of liability, occupational health and safety and other issues.
Andrey Slepov graduated from the Faculty of Law at Moscow State Institute of International Relations ((MGIMO (U) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia) in 2008 with Master of Law degree. In the period from 2006 to 2009 inclusive Andrey worked as a paralegal and then as a lawyer at the Moscow Office of Clifford Chance (Great Britain). Subsequently he joined Pepeliaev Group and later on became and head of the data protection group (from 2009 to 2012). Andrey Slepov has been working for BEITEN BURKHARDT‘s Moscow office since 2012 and from 2017 as Partner.
