Andrew Wood is an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. Andrew assists clients with drafting and reviewing commercial real estate purchase contracts, letters of intent, option agreements, leases, ground leases, title searches, title commitments, title objection letters and surveys. He also ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding real estate ownership, transactions, leases and zoning.
Andrew manages the lease negotiation and renewal processes for large healthcare and retail clients and provides real estate analysis and advice for commercial mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he liaises with local counsel to address disputes that escalate to litigation.
Andrew previously worked with Attorneys Title Company, Inc., where he gained valuable experience negotiating complex real estate legal documents, including commercial leases, SNDAs, and estoppels.
