Clerking for the United States District Court with the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes, Andrew gained invaluable understanding of the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title VII, Lanham Act, False Claims Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act. He also served as an extern in the United States Attorney’s criminal and civil divisions, as well as for the U.S. District Court under Magistrate Judge John Z. Boyle.
