Andrew Dixon focuses his practice on business and complex commercial litigation, employment law, real estate litigation, and tort matters.

He represents a broad range of clients, including individuals, closely held businesses, Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and media organizations. Mr. Dixon has significant experience in employment law, including securing pre-trial dismissals of claims and defending charges before administrative agencies. He also regularly litigates real estate disputes, representing commercial property owners and individual landowners in matters involving land use and ownership rights. He is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Dixon regularly advises and represents government entities—including a suburban improvement district and public libraries—in matters involving contractual and property rights, as well as matters related to First Amendment compliance and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). He also represents media organizations, including recently securing a favorable outcome for a local newspaper in a FOIA suit against a public school district. Mr. Dixon maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience representing individuals in negligence and First Amendment cases.

Mr. Dixon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and worked as a faculty research assistant. Following law school, Mr. Dixon served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert T. Dawson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and assisted Judge Dawson with matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where Judge Dawson sat by designation.

Mr. Dixon earned his B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2016, graduating with high honors and induction into Phi Beta Kappa.

He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2019.
