Andy is a partner at Cohen Rabinowitz PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, where he represents commercial real estate developers in Real Estate Law matters involving multifamily, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
His practice includes Public Facility Corporation transactions that support affordable housing projects throughout Texas. Andy and his team have participated in more than 30 PFC transactions, with an average transaction size exceeding $80,000,000.
Andy advises clients throughout the development process, including land acquisition, title and survey review, joint venture formation, financing, development, leasing, and property dispositions.
Before founding Cohen Rabinowitz PLLC, Andy was a shareholder at Hornberger Fuller Garza & Cohen, where he represented clients throughout Texas and across the United States. He also served as a partner at Golden Steves Cohen & Gordon LLP and at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, where he practiced in the real estate department of the firm’s San Antonio office.
