Andrew Rebholz

Andrew D. Rebholz is an associate at Allen Stovall Neuman & Ashton LLP, and works primarily in the firm's bankruptcy, insolvency, and receivership groups.

Over his three years in the practice, Andrew has already gained experience representing debtors through successful chapter 11 cases, whether leading to a sale of the debtor's enterprise or reorganization through a confirmed plan. Andrew has also worked on insolvency matters resulting from current trends in the healthcare industry, and (outside of the Bankruptcy Court) has represented receivers in a variety of circumstances, though most frequently in nuisance abatement cases. While primarily representing corporate entities, Andrew is very proud to frequently work with the Legal Aid Society of Southeast and Central Ohio (LASCO) and their pro bono program for chapter 7 debtors; he would recommend that all debtor-side attorneys contribute to similar programs, since it's important work that needs doing.

In 2023, Andrew was chosen as a member of the Columbus Bar Association's Barrister Leadership Program. Andrew earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2022, and his undergraduate degree from The University of Notre Dame in 2019. The ND/OSU duality has been difficult to bear in recent years, and Andrew would clarify that, when it comes to college football, he's staunchly on the side of the Irish.
