Andrew Mollard is a dual‑qualified lawyer admitted to practice in both Canada and the United States. He acts as counsel in complex commercial litigation, with a practice focused on class actions, breach of contract, torts, and property and leasing disputes.
Andrew brings a multidisciplinary perspective to commercial litigation, drawing on his advanced training in economics and his experience representing clients on both sides of the “v”. Prior to joining DJA Counsel, he worked at an international firm in Vancouver and spent several years in the New York office of a leading global litigation firm, where he developed extensive experience in high‑stakes multidistrict class actions and “bet‑the‑company” litigation, including notable antitrust and securities matters.
Earlier in his career, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to Justices Anne MacKenzie and John Hunter at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
