Andrew Kemp

Andrew assists domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate legal matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. He has experience advising public and private companies and private equity funds on share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, financings and various other corporate proceedings. Andrew also regularly drafts and reviews commercial agreements including shareholders agreements, confidentiality agreements and services agreements.
