Biography
Andrew J. (“A.J.”) Miller is a partner at Miller Tourtlotte Law, PLLC, where he passionately represents individuals in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and bad faith cases. A true Montanan, A.J. grew up in Billings and graduated with honors from Billings Central Catholic High School. He’s a proud alumnus of the University of Montana, with both an undergraduate degree in English Literature and his law degree.
A.J.’s commitment to justice is rooted in his experience. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Gregory Todd of the Thirteenth Judicial District and gained valuable insights into insurance and civil litigation as a defense attorney at the Brown Law Firm P.C., where he first met his future partner, Matt Tourtlotte.
In 2015, A.J. left Brown and shifted his practice to representing injured individuals at a different firm, which eventually became Odegaard Miller Law. There, he honed his skills and dedication to helping injured clients. In 2024, A.J. partnered with Matt Tourtlotte to form Miller Tourtlotte Law, PLLC, where he continues his mission of securing justice and fair compensation for those impacted by negligence or workplace accidents.
