Andrew is recognized as a problem-solver by his clients, who appreciate his ability to understand and tailor his representation to their particular needs. Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Andrew represented clients both in litigation and transactional capacities. In addition to his experience representing clients in litigation involving business, contract, and real estate disputes, he has also advised and negotiated on behalf of businesses in a range of transactional and corporate matters, including commercial agreements, real estate transactions, and employment issues. This diverse experience informs Andrew’s bankruptcy practice, where he is well-equipped to navigate the myriad issues that arise for clients involved with the bankruptcy process.
While in college, Andrew earned the Hooper Undergraduate Research Award for his research in psychology, which he presented at conferences across the country and published in articles in scholarly journals. Andrew attended the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was a member of the Mock Trial Board and The George Washington International Law Review. His performance in Business Bankruptcy & Reorganization earned him The American Bankruptcy Law Journal Prize, in recognition of earning the highest grade in the course. Andrew graduated as a George Washington Scholar, a designation for those in the top 1-15% of the class.
