Andrew Sherman serves as counsel to debtors, official and unofficial committees, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and other parties in interest in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 reorganization cases. His practice involves advising clients in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and insolvency matters.
