As trusted adviser to some of the world's most recognized brands, Andrew takes the first call on matters vital to the strategic success of his clients.
Andrew Grant provides strategic advice to his clients on complex commercial transactions, product innovation and market development, and other strategic operational matters. Andrew regularly partners with clients in the technology industry, specifically augmented, virtual and experiential reality, interactive media, artificial intelligence and machine learning, industrial IoT, digital twinning, quantum computing, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. He also works extensively with clients in the manufacturing and retail industries, including outdoor and luxury brands and retailers, consumer packaged goods companies, and equipment manufacturers.
Andrew advises clients on various complex transactional matters, including patent and other technology licenses and complex transactions such as joint ventures, foreign and domestic manufacturing agreements, and product or technology development agreements. Andrew also counsels clients on strategic matters, including platform implementation, technology and intellectual property protection, product design, launch and distribution, open-source software, and e-commerce strategy.
Andrew represents many of the world's leading brands, including Meta, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Epic Games, Google, Procore, 1QB Information Technology, Arc'teryx, Nike, Funko, Superfeet, Nestle, REI, Costco, Neiman Marcus Group, and Nordstrom.
In the community, Andrew currently serves on the board of directors of the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance.
