Andrew Chalet specialises in technology transactions, commercialisation of intellectual property research and development, trademark registration and enforcement, privacy and information technology.

Andrew is a member of the Intellectual Property Society for Australia and New Zealand, BioMelbourne Network and International Trademark Association.

Andrew Chalet’s recent experience includes:

• Acting for InterGrain, a wheat, barley and oat breeder, in relation to multiple strategic alliances and technology commercialisation, including most recently in relation to the acquisition of a crop breeding program and commercialisation licence.
• Acting for Amscan Asia Pacific in relation to the acquisition of a complementary business and in respect of its logistics operations.
• Acting for a distracted driver technology provider in respect of supply agreements with various governments and their international commercialisation.
• Acting for Namoi Cotton in respect of a long term cotton gin alliance.
