Andrew Beechinor

Andrew assists clients with all aspects of commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate developments, including REDMA compliance and obtaining the requisite municipal approvals and entitlements. Andrew has extensive experience with real estate transactions, including development sites, land assemblies, and income-producing properties. He also helps clients with negotiations of purchase agreements, due diligence, structuring, and borrower-side work for all manner of real estate-related financings including deposit protection facilities.
