Andrew Becker represents businesses, property owners, contractors, and individuals in a wide range of transactional matters and disputes. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Andrew is a member of Mills Law Group and advises clients on matters involving Construction Law, business litigation, commercial transactions, and landlord-tenant issues.
Andrew’s transactional practice includes reviewing and drafting contracts and leases, advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, handling franchise agreements and disputes, and counseling businesses on corporate governance matters. He also regularly presents seminars for clients on construction-related topics, including project management, contract administration, and industry best practices.
In addition to his transactional work, Andrew represents clients in litigation and arbitration involving business disputes, construction claims, and landlord-tenant matters. His experience across both transactional and dispute-related matters allows him to provide practical guidance tailored to his clients’ operational and legal objectives.
Outside of his legal practice, Andrew has been married to his wife, Rebecca, since 2016, and they have two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and serving as a BBQ judge at KCBS events.
