Andrew Sommerman is a highly experienced trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and defective product cases. He has tried numerous complex cases involving car wrecks, truck wrecks, house and apartment fires, slip and falls and work place injuries. He is an advocate for victims who have suffered due to pharmaceutical drugs Xarelto, Yaz/Yasmin and others that have caused injury and death. In addition, Mr. Sommerman handles matters dealing with business fraud, audit malpractice, fiduciary litigation, and director and officer liability.
Mr. Sommerman is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He often instructs other personal injury and wrongful death attorneys in continuing legal education courses on matters ranging from product liability and medical malpractice to legal procedure and insurance law.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Sommerman earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District courts for the Northern and Eastern districts of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court.
