Andreas Torka

Dr. Andreas Torka’s main area of consultation is on plant construction and private construction and architectural law. In these areas, he advises nationally and internationally operating companies from the building construction and civil engineering, plant construction, energy supply and chemical industries on the implementation of new projects as well as on the judicial enforcement and defence of claims. Furthermore, Mr Torka is also active in competition law, in particular in the area of advertising law, and is also a Spanish lawyer (Abogado) in German-Spanish legal relations.
