Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law.
