Andreas Schubert

Andreas Schubert is a senior associate in the employment law practice of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Freiburg. He is a certified specialist for employment law and advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor law including M&A issues and nationwide litigation proceedings. His clients include clients from the private sector, particularly from the automotive industry and the public sector. Andreas Schubert regularly publishes on current labor law topics in all relevant German legal journals. Andreas Schubert studied law in Freiburg and India (Jodhpur) and wrote his doctoral thesis under Prof. Manfred Löwisch on corporate co-determination. He speaks German and English and is a member of the German Labor Court Association and the Labor Law Practice Group of the Freiburg Bar Association.
