Andreas Klepp

Partner Andreas has extensive experience in Labor, Employment, and Social Security Law, with a distinguished track record in strategic litigation and oral arguments before the Regional Labor Courts. He represents major investment banks and multinational corporations in the energy, metallurgy, telecommunications, construction, logistics, and outsourcing sectors in highly complex and institutionally significant disputes. He also represents Leite, Tosto e Barros and its clients before the Superior Labor Court (TST) in Repetitive Appeal Incidents and other precedent-setting cases, acting in the capacity of amicus curiae. As a partner of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, Andreas leads strategic initiatives, contributes to international research for the Latin Lawyer and Chambers Latin America guides, and contributes to the preparation of specialized legal newsletters. His outstanding professional performance has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation, which named him a Litigation Star in Labor and Social Security Law (2020 and 2021).
