Andreane V. Reynolds

Andy Reynolds advises investment advisers, investment funds, broker-dealers and other financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Reynolds was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm in New York, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. During law school, she served as a student honors program intern in the Asset Management Unit of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
