Andrea acts for Australia's Big 4 banks and a range of non-ADI lenders on debt funding transactions. Her client base also includes corporate and institutional borrowers, foreign banks and multilateral lenders.
Andrea advises on the full range of debt funding structures: project finance, property finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance and trade finance. Her practice spans transaction structuring, documentation and financial close across domestic and cross-border mandates.
Andrea has worked on construction finance for major residential and commercial developments, syndicated multi-option facilities for ASX-listed borrowers, and acquisition financing for institutional property investors. Matters regularly involve complex security packages, mezzanine tranches and cross-border elements.
Andrea spent five years practising internationally, based in Vietnam and then Singapore, advising corporate and institutional borrowers as well as foreign banks and multilateral lenders. This cross-border experience informs her approach to structuring and documenting financing transactions in regulated and emerging market environments.
