Andrea Lutsch

Andrea Lutsch is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell LLP. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on professional negligence, professional conduct, and corporate commercial disputes. Andrea also represents clients in breach of contract and negligence claims.

Andrea has assisted with matters before all levels of the Alberta court system, as well as administrative tribunals. She also assists clients to resolve matters through negotiation and mediation. Andrea has been involved in a broad array of complex matters, and her experience includes commercial disputes arising in the energy industry and from large construction projects.
