Andrea L. Fair is a litigation attorney with Miller Fair Henry PLLC in Longview, Texas. After several years practicing at a Houston-based law firm, Andrea relocated to East Texas in 2016 to pursue a more active courtroom practice while continuing to represent clients in high-stakes litigation.
Andrea joined Ward, Smith & Hill, where she worked alongside accomplished trial attorneys in cases involving intellectual property, commercial litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. The firm’s work in the Eastern District of Texas provided extensive experience in complex litigation, including matters involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property issues.
Building on that foundation, Andrea and her partners established Miller Fair Henry PLLC. The firm represents businesses and individuals in commercial and intellectual property disputes and also provides alternative dispute resolution services and other legal representation for clients throughout Texas. Andrea remains committed to practical advocacy, detailed case preparation, and thoughtful client service.
Andrea’s litigation practice includes developing trial strategies, preparing witnesses, conducting discovery, and presenting cases before judges and juries. She handles jury selection, direct and cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses, opening statements, closing arguments, motion practice, and oral advocacy at both the trial and appellate levels. A native of Katy, Texas, Andrea developed an early interest in the legal profession through conversations with her uncle, an attorney who later became a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court. Those experiences helped shape her interest in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving, which continue to guide her practice today.
