Biography
Andi believes that many family law matters can be resolved through thoughtful negotiation and problem-solving, allowing people to move forward without further strain on already sensitive relationships. She approaches each case with the goal of reaching agreement when possible, while also preparing carefully for litigation when settlement is not achievable. This balanced approach allows Andi to advocate effectively for her clients at every stage of a case, with the support of her dedicated paralegals and assistants.
With more than 17 years of experience practicing family law in Austin, Texas, Andi regularly handles complex custody disputes and has tried numerous cases involving conservatorship and possession issues. She also represents clients in property matters involving business valuations, tracing of separate property, and interpretation of premarital agreements. Her practice includes Family Law and Collaborative Law: Family Law, offering clients options tailored to their goals and circumstances.
Andi is known for her steady guidance and clear communication during what can be an emotionally challenging time. She focuses on helping clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions about their families and their futures. Whether a case proceeds through collaborative law, negotiation, or the courtroom, Andi brings focus, preparation, and compassion to her representation.
Raised in northwest Indiana, Andi attended Munster High School before earning her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio and her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She came to Austin in 1998 for a law school internship and has made Central Texas her home ever since. Today, she practices family law with Noelke Maples St. Leger Bryant LLP, serving individuals and families throughout the Austin area.
Andi lives in Lockhart, Texas with her husband, Christopher, and their two children, Lucian and Beah. Outside of her law practice, she enjoys staying active with her family and supporting their interests in dance, singing, and theatre, all of which keep the family calendar full.
