Anastasia Greenberg

Anastasia Greenberg focuses her practice on a variety of complex intellectual property matters, including litigation, pre-litigation/due-diligence and prosecution/portfolio management. Dr. Greenberg supports emerging and established clients in the life sciences industry and has handled a wide array of technical matters spanning biologics and medical devices, including macromolecules, antibodies, vaccines, drug delivery systems and molecular diagnostic devices. She has represented clients in patent disputes in district court and the Federal Circuit as well as in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
