Ana Parikh is a litigation partner with Rivkin Radler LLP in Hackensack, New Jersey. She represents businesses, professionals, insurers, and institutional clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Her practice includes matters involving professional liability, labor and employment disputes, general liability claims, medical malpractice defense, and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants.

Ana’s professional liability and employment litigation work focuses on defending professionals and organizations facing complex claims. She represents attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, real estate professionals, title agents, collection agencies, and directors and officers of not-for-profit organizations in professional liability and commercial disputes. Her employment defense practice includes representing employers in matters involving discrimination allegations, wrongful termination claims, Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA) claims, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace-related litigation. She also advises and defends condominium and cooperative boards in disputes involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, housing discrimination claims, ADA-related matters, and regulatory and civil proceedings.

In her general liability practice, Ana defends clients in premises liability cases, motor vehicle accident claims, construction-related incidents, wrongful death actions, toxic tort matters, and product liability litigation. She also represents physicians, medical practices, and home health providers in medical malpractice and negligence claims. In addition, Ana handles Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, defending insured and self-insured clients in bodily injury lawsuits and related liability claims.
