Ana Laura Gurría Amezcua

Ana Laura is a founding partner of Rodríguez Rueda, S.C., a corporate financial boutique Law Firm based in Mexico City. Ana Laura leads the International Trade, Antitrust, Corporate, Real Estate and Corporate Immigration practice groups at the Firm. Rodríguez Rueda covers all areas of corporate and commercial law, including M&A, finance and banking, capital markets, data protection, technology and fintech practice. During the last two years, the Firm has been a pioneer in advising clients engaged in the incipient Cannabis industry in Mexico.

She has 23 years of experience advising national and international companies doing business in Mexico. Ana Laura has been recognized by Best Lawyers as an International Trade and Finance Law expert.

Ana Laura obtained his law degree from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City in 1999; a Degree in Legal Aspects of Foreign Trade by the ITAM in 2001; and a Degree in Energy Law by the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2002.
