Amy Waller

Amy Waller is experienced in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including real estate acquisition and sales transactions, development of commercial properties, title work, and commercial leasing for retail, office, and industrial properties. Amy also has experience in corporate law, including entity formation for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, as well as maintaining business records for these entities.

Amy was selected for The Best Lawyers in America 2026® for her work in commercial Real Estate law and has been honored on the Best Lawyers list since 2023.

Before becoming an attorney, Amy worked in her family’s commercial real estate business. Amy has been a licensed real estate sales agent since 2014. Amy’s industry knowledge and entrepreneurial background uniquely equip her as she seeks to understand each client’s specific business and legal needs, so she can most effectively serve each client.

Amy received her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2019, where she graduated summa cum laude. During her time at Baylor, Amy served as Business Editor of the Baylor Law Review, published a comment in the Baylor Law Review concerning real property issues in Texas and the Texas Property Code, placed as a semi-finalist in the Nathan, Howell, Smith & Lee Client Counseling Competition, and earned admission to the Baylor Barrister Society. Before law school, Amy obtained graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015. Amy still maintains an active real estate sales agent license.
