Amy Blandford is an Associate at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Real Estate practice groups.
Amy advises clients on a wide range of real estate and corporate commercial matters, with a focus on Real Estate Law. Her real estate practice includes assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, commercial and residential development projects, financing arrangements, leasing matters, and other real estate-related transactions. She works with businesses, developers, investors, and property owners on transactions across British Columbia.
In addition to her real estate practice, Amy advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership and investment structure arrangements, and corporate governance matters. She provides practical legal guidance tailored to the needs of businesses operating in a variety of industries.
Amy obtained her LLB (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh and later earned her LLM from the University of British Columbia. Before joining Farris LLP, she practised as an associate with an international law firm in Vancouver.
