Amanda Barritt is Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law and focuses her practice on commercial real estate development, real estate transactions and community association law. She represents developers, investors, lenders, property owners and community associations in matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, development structuring, purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements and mixed-use and multi-phase developments.
Amanda also advises residential and commercial communities on association formation, governance, covenant enforcement, document interpretation and operational matters. Her approach combines practical legal guidance with an understanding of the business considerations that shape complex real estate projects and transactions.
Amanda has been named Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Fort Myers four times: for Real Estate Law in 2027 and 2023 and Community Association Law in 2024 and 2022.
Active in Southwest Florida’s business and nonprofit communities, Amanda serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Lee & Hendry Counties and is Program Chair for the CREW Naples/Fort Myers Chapter.
