Biography:

He has been practicing tax, customs, administrative and corporate law, for the past 21 years. Alvaro has represented foreign and domestic companies before the Mexican federal, state and municipal tax, customs and administrative authorities and courts in areas related to tax, customs and administrative law. He also provides legal advice to maquiladoras companies related to regulatory, tax and customs matters.
