Prior to joining Kerrane Storz PC, Allyson Maroon served as an Appellate Law Clerk at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. In that role, she worked on appeals involving a wide range of legal issues, which provided valuable insight into the appellate process and trial court decision-making. Her experience included matters related to construction defects, construction contracts, building code compliance, and insurance claims, forming a strong foundation for her work in Construction Law, Insurance Law, and Litigation – Construction.
Allyson earned her undergraduate degree in Communications through the University of Tampa Honors Program. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While in law school, Allyson served as Editor-in-Chief of the Barry Law Review and completed a judicial externship at the Florida Supreme Court. She also gained hands-on litigation experience working for two summers as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. These roles helped shape her interest in advocacy and representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes.
Based in Broomfield, Colorado, Allyson practices with Kerrane Storz PC, where she focuses on Construction Law, Insurance Law, and construction-related litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Florida and is an active member of both the Colorado Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
Outside of her legal practice, Allyson enjoys traveling, cooking, camping, hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
