Resident in the firm’s Palo Alto office, Ms. Que regularly practices in the Northern District of California and has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including various Bay Area-based global technology companies for a broad range of issues including consumer protection, unfair competition, cybersecurity and data security, online contract enforcement, online speech and First Amendment, and trade secret misappropriation.
