Biography
Allison Etkin is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex civil disputes in an array of practice areas, including construction, real estate, products liability, subrogation and recovery, contract and business disputes, and general liability litigation. She has represented developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in a range of defect, delay and payment disputes. She has experience in all phases of litigation and is able to analyze complex cases from the outset to develop an effective strategy in furtherance of her clients’ ultimate goals. She is skilled at identifying and evaluating potential risk transfer opportunities, facilitating early resolution, strategizing potential dispositive motions as well as taking a case through trial or arbitration. She routinely renders advice regarding best practices, risk management and potential liability exposure, and has experience drafting documents for her clients to use to institute policies and procedures.
