Allen N. Hansen III

Allen represents major banks and other institutional lenders in a wide variety of real estate and corporate finance transactions, including syndicated and single lender financings, senior and mezzanine debt financings, and acquisition and construction financings. Allen manages all aspects of real estate and corporate closings, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, loan agreements, security instruments, pledge and equity agreements, and participation agreements, as well as review of real estate and corporate diligence.

Prior to joining Windels Marx, Allen practiced for six years with an AmLaw 100 firm, where he gained significant experience in real estate and corporate matters.
