Biography
Teeto Graham represents parties in complex and/or commercial litigation in the Federal and State Courts throughout Mississippi and Alabama. His litigation experience includes business contract litigation, disputes involving trade secrets, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements and unfair trade practices, business torts, defense of state securities law claims, fraud, suppression and misrepresentation claims, product liability cases, warranty claims, construction disputes, construction defect claims, professional liability matters and negligence actions. He also handles appeals through the State and Federal Courts of Appeal and serves the firm as the practice coordinator of the litigation group in the Mobile office.
With a Masters in Admiralty and Maritime Law, Mr. Graham represents and counsels clients in the marine industry on marine insurance issues, marine finance and security issues, vessel construction and repair matters, and vessel negligence and seaworthiness issues. He has represented financial institutions, contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, engineering and consulting firms, service contractors and product manufacturers. Representation includes cases in the courts, administrative proceedings and arbitrations within and outside of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
