Allan Bronstein is a partner at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario and a member of the firm’s Business Law and Corporate Finance Groups. His practice focuses on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law, with experience advising businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Allan works with clients on transactions and day-to-day business operations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, real estate development, venture capital and private equity. His experience includes advising on share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, private placements, corporate reorganizations and private equity transactions.
