Allan Oziel’s practice focuses on providing a broad range of business, technology, and intellectual property law services to clients ranging from start-up ventures to established businesses. He advises clients on complex technology agreements, as well as, financing and M&A matters, which has equipped him with a unique perspective of the client’s preference for creative and cost-effective business solutions.

As an active writer and speaker in the legal community, Allan regularly presents on technology and intellectual property law, legal practice management, legal software, and legal marketing. His publications have also been shared by the CBA, the OBA, and the LSO. Allan is the past Chair of the Law Society of Ontario’s Solo and Small Firm Conference, and the past Treasurer and Director of the Canadian Technology Lawyers Association.
