Dr Alice Broichmann is head of the dispute resolution practice of P+P Pöllath + Partners. She focuses on international arbitration and litigation in the fields of M&A, corporate, and general commercial law.
She has been acting as counsel, co-counsel, and arbitrator in several cases (ICC, DIS, Swiss Chambers, and ad hoc) related to pre-closing disputes and purchase price adjustments as well as representations and warranties in the fields of M&A, corporate litigation and arbitration and commercial law.
Alice is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), member of the International Bar Association (IBA), member of Arbitral Women, member of the Austrian Arbitration Association and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the German Bar Association.
She is recommended in international rankings as a leading individual in litigation and arbitration ("Best Lawyer of the Year 2015/2016" for international arbitration in Bavaria, Who's Who Legal Arbitration and Who's Who Legal Germany, 2015, Expert Guides "Commercial Arbitration" and "Women in Business Law", 2014). She studied law in Passau and Munich and is fluent in German, English and French.
Alice regularly speaks and publishes on international commercial arbitration and litigation. Inter alia, she is a lecturer on Mergers & Acquisitions at University of Münster's Postgraduate Course of Studies.
