Ali Farhang is a co-founder of Farhang & Medcoff in Tucson, Arizona, where he represents businesses, employers, and management teams in a broad range of legal matters. His practice includes Commercial Litigation, Commercial Transactions / UCC Law, Employment Law - Management, and Litigation - Labor and Employment. In addition to his legal practice, Ali is deeply involved in community and business initiatives throughout Southern Arizona and believes meaningful community involvement is an important part of professional and personal success.
Ali counsels clients on employment and labor matters, business operations, corporate disputes, and risk management strategies. He has represented management clients in litigation involving employment claims, traditional labor matters, commercial disputes, tort claims, and general liability matters. He also advises businesses on restrictive covenants, workplace policies, federal and state compliance issues, and commercial transactions involving ongoing operational concerns.
In his Commercial Litigation and Commercial Transactions / UCC Law practice, Ali works with companies across multiple industries on contract disputes, business negotiations, and day-to-day legal issues affecting operations and growth. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to companies conducting business in Arizona and across multiple jurisdictions, providing practical legal guidance tailored to each client’s objectives.
Outside of the practice of law, Ali remains active in the Southern Arizona community through local organizations, business ventures, and media initiatives. He is co-owner of the Tucson Sugar Skulls, a founder of “The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl” presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop, and co-host of the “Spears & Ali Show” on ESPN Radio.
