Alexis (Lexie) Witte is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She advises individuals and families on trust planning, asset protection, tax planning, business formation and special needs trusts.
During law school, Lexie served as Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Review and was an Executive Board Member of the Student Bar Association. She provided services at the Volunteer Legal Clinic’s Estate Planning Clinic and served as the Student Coordinator for the pro bono Guardianship Clinic, which partnered with the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
