Alexis S. Anderson

Alexis S. Anderson is an associate in Greenberg Glusker's Intellectual Property & Technology Group.

Alexis has experience drafting licensing, work for hire, merchandise, vendor, endorsement, employment, collaboration, venue, non-disclosure, software development, and services agreements, as well as Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. She is also skilled at various aspects of trademark law, including clearing marks, responding to USPTO Office Actions, and pursuing cease and desists. Much of her work caters to clients in the media, software, and consumer product spaces.

While at UCLA School of Law, Alexis was a clinician in the Documentary Film Legal Clinic. Alexis was also a Kirkland Fellow at The Williams Institute where she advanced research on transgender athletes' legal rights and intersectional discrimination claims.

Alexis was recognized by the Los Angeles Copyright Society for academic excellence in Copyright Law and was the recipient of the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award for both Copyright and Entertainment Law. In her downtime, Alexis enjoys playing and analyzing video games.
