Alexis E. Teasdale

Alexis specializes in insolvency and restructuring law, primarily serving corporate clients. Her practice encompasses representing debtor companies, secured and unsecured creditors, insolvency and restructuring professionals, and other key stakeholders in various insolvency proceedings. Additionally, she has broad experience in debt enforcement and collection matters and has assisted clients with property tax assessment disputes at the tribunal level and on appeal to the Alberta Courts.

With over 18 years’ experience in insolvency, Alexis has represented a diverse range of stakeholders in various insolvency matters, including debtor companies, insolvency and restructuring professionals, and secured and unsecured creditors. Alexis’ wealth of experience and knowledge in the insolvency field allows her to provide practical and strategic advice to her clients, to advance and protect their interests in an insolvency, and her dedication to excellence and hard work is recognized by her clients and other professionals in the field.

Beyond her legal practice, Alexis is an avid outdoor sport enthusiast. She has dedicated significant time and effort to supporting the sport community in Calgary, including six years on the board of governors of the Lindsay Park Sports Society, and currently, as an executive member of the board of the Alberta Triathlon Association.
